Debt Issuance Programme
The Debt Issuance Program (DIP) offers the possibility of issuing bonds or private placements at short notice and thus with great flexibility in the form of standardized documentation.
The program is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure market conformity at all times. Our DIP also offers the possibility of issuing so-called Sustainability-Linked Bonds (SLB), the terms of which are linked to the achievement of sustainability targets. The framework for SLBs is defined in the Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework.
